About
why "invisible ink"?
Because a good writer knows how to disappear. You don't want to stumble over the words. When you've got a message to deliver, you need it to get through.
Ever seen someone so good at dancing, they made it look effortless? Chances are, they started when they were a kid. I've been writing since I could spell my name, and that means years of practice. It takes time for a tool to become an extension of yourself. Writing is my tool, and I've learned to wield it with ease and effect.
Since launching Invisible Ink Freelance Writing in March 2008, my portfolio has expanded to include a variety of credits, small and large, from functional to funky. With diverse experience, creative concepting and professional delivery, I can make your life a lot easier.

"Elisabeth is a very smart individual, with a good sense for finding just the right approach for appealing to the target audience. She has an excellent work ethic and approaches projects with diligence and commitment and with a sense for logical organization. I have directly hired Elisabeth at three different companies and have consistently been very pleased with her work, regardless if it was a small local project or a large international promotion. I highly recommend Elisabeth and would definitely hire her again."

"I want to write this note of appreciation for the work that Elisabeth completed for the ACORNS linguistic project. She was able to learn this complex system and create documentation very understandable for readers without a technical background. I found her to be very organized and able to accomplish our goals with minimal back-and-forth dialog. It was a pleasure working with her. We've already received outside compliments regarding the quality of her work."

"Elisabeth is a joy to work with. She's responsible, keeps her promises, and can be counted on to deliver truly creative, effective copy. I couldn't recommend her more highly."

"Elisabeth provides clients with the reliability that is often missing with 'creative types' who can be brilliant with visual arts but not able to integrate well into business environments. She demonstrates thoroughness and a sense of urgency to deadlines which enables her to create and deliver to meet client schedules. She is flexible and adaptable to handling a wide range of creative assignments and understands the digital creative process. Her ability to properly integrate both text copy and graphics to create effective finished works is valuable."
