you're an individual... so is your project

In my humble opinion, a "one size fits all" billing approach just doesn't cut it. That's why I offer two billing strategies (below), fully adaptable to your project, your budget and your preferences.

flat fees

Stick Figure Seated A flat fee is a figure that you and I agree on together at the outset. Assuming the overarching parameters of the project don't change, you know exactly what the final number will be, from start to finish.

To arrive at this figure, I first estimate how many hours your project will take, including research, concepting, meetings, revisions - whatever it will need to make it shine. I then check my estimate against the industry-standard flat fee for projects of its kind. Finally, I weigh these factors with your budget goals in mind.

Any time I bring you a quote, I aim to balance all these variables in the fairest and most accurate way, making sure you're getting the right price for the right service: powerful copy, and a hassle-free process.

Alternatively, some clients prefer a bill-by-the-hour arrangement. In this case, I bring you a quote (as detailed above) to serve as a ball-park figure. The final number will vary somewhat - it could be more; then again it could be less. Naturally, I keep in close touch with you along the way to make sure there are no surprises.
